Residential Company Profile
Established in 2004, Sandcastle Design Ltd offers 15
years of experience in commercial, hotel and residential work, both
internationally and in New Zealand. Joy Partridge, a registered Architect in both New Zealand and the UK, worked internationally for 11 years before returning to New Zealand. Joy worked with leading architectural practises Jasmax and Aimer Naismith
before founding Sandcastle Design in 2004. In 2007, Michael Hooley joined Sandcastle. Michael’s
experience consists of residential and educational facilities in New
Zealand. We understand that for any scale of project, refurbishment
or new construction is a major undertaking for our Clients. Sandcastle works closely with clients, consultant
teams and contractors to achieve excellence in both design and performance
for their projects, keeping timeframes and budget parameters in focus. We believe in innovative and functional solutions to
design. Sandcastle has the
talent, experience and capability to respond to the challenges of design
